These guys drove almost 60 miles to meet my scheduling needs. The owner came out to do the repair
because all of his work crews were busy. Overall a fantastic job, and if the roof ends up needing replaced, I would/will hire these guys, just based on this experience. This is the kind of extra effort that makes all the difference.

Our experience with Sparrow Roofing and Construction was positive from the very beginning! From the first time I called Tony Petty to set up an estimate, to the finished roof and gutters, all work on our house was completed in a friendly, fast, and professional manner. Our roof was replaced in the middle of October. We had hail damage from a storm the previous spring and, being fairly new to the area, we asked around for recommendations of reliable roofers. Sparrow was the first company I called. They were able to come out and do an estimate at our house within two days. Shortly after the estimate was completed, Tony came to our house to meet with us and show us options. He also explained what information we needed to relay to our insurance company, and what information Sparrow would take care of. We were involved in every step of the process. Tony showed us several options of brands and colors of shingles and we were able to choose exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the type of shingles in our area and was able to answer any questions we had. We were surprised to hear that Sparrow could complete our roof so quickly! We made our final choice of shingles on a Wednesday, and they were at our house bright and early Friday morning to get the job done. A large crew of roofers worked all day and almost completed the entire project before they ran out of daylight. They came back first thing the next morning and finished the roof cap and completed a thorough clean-up of our yard. The following week, I received a call from a man to come and measure for the new gutters. He came by the house to measure and allowed me to choose the color of guttering. The gutters were completed the next day.  Tony Petty was very personable throughout the entire experience. He allowed us to call or text him with any questions we had and kept us informed every step of the way. We are very happy with our experience with Sparrow Roofing and Construction and would recommend them to anyone searching for a roofing company!

Sparrow did an additional inspection of the damage and found an additional $6800 in damages to the house. They completed the additional insurance paper work and all of the repairs with no out of pocket expense to us.

Great service, wonderful workers. We needed our roof replaced and it was done quickly and if the new turbines hadn't been different color wouldn't have known they had been there! Everyone was so pleasant, from the owners to the crew so professional. Absolutely the best, they made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
